Our choir
Singing is about far more than learning songs. It’s about friendship, laughter, encouragement and being part of a community where everyone is welcome.
We learn together, support one another and celebrate every step of the journey. Whether you’ve sung all your life or never sung a note, you’ll find a warm welcome, plenty of smiles and people who’ll be genuinely delighted to welcome you.
We meet every Tuesday evening during term time at Horsham Unitarian Church.
Come along from 7.00pm for a chat before we start singing at 7.30pm. We finish at 9.00pm.
Choir Life
At Horsham Community Choir, every term has its own flavour. From pop classics and musical theatre to soulful ballads, film music, gospel and timeless favourites, we choose songs that are uplifting, memorable and a joy to sing.
As confidence grows, so does our sound. Every rehearsal helps us develop our voices, our musicianship and, most importantly, the enjoyment of singing together.
People often tell us they leave rehearsals feeling happier, more relaxed, and with a smile on their face. It’s one of the many reasons they keep coming back.

Walking into a room full of new people can feel daunting. That’s why we’ll always make sure someone is there to welcome you, introduce you to others and help you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Horsham Community Choir is led by a small team who love bringing people together through music. Whether we’re leading rehearsals, managing admin or welcoming new members and organising social events, we’re here to make your first visit relaxed, friendly and enjoyable.

We’d love to welcome you. Whether you’ve sung in a choir for years or you’re thinking about trying one for the very first time, we’d love you to come along. Your first session is completely free, so you can see if we’re the right choir for you with no pressure. Music will be provided, so there’s nothing to bring except yourself and a smile!
Please let us know you’re coming by email, text or phone before your first visit so we can make sure someone is ready to welcome you.
Arrive from 7.00pm for a chat, Singing begins at 7.30pm, We finish at 9.00pm.

Membership:
Your first session is free. After that, sessions are £5 per week.
Pay by cash or card. We’re a pay-as-you-go choir.
Because we work towards concerts together, we do ask members to come regularly whenever they can. We understand holidays, work and family commitments happen, but singing together works best when everyone rehearses as a team.
