Horsham Community Choir

We started 2023 with 13 choir members. We now have 27, meaning we have more than doubled our membership over the past year. We are not done, however, and continue to encourage more people to join.

We now have a male section—okay, there’s only three of us, but it’s a start—and though we’re a little light on sopranos, those we do have are confident enough to overpower the altos at times.

It’s a good position to be in, and we hope to begin our next Term with even more voices.

Our End of Term Sing saw a good turn out, with 22 members available to perform, and nearly as many friends and family in the audience. Next Term, we hope that enough of the friends and family will have joined the choir that the singers can sit in the pews and the half-dozen or so spectators can stand at the front of the church and listen. 😉

We are now taking a short break to rest, relax, and recover from colds, and will be back on the 16th of April, when we will be tackling a set of Show Tunes!
